Fedele Tremmaglia: An intuitive touch rooted in research
After learning what works and what doesn’t during almost 10 years in the mainstream fitness industry, I now take a much more rounded, sustainable, and targetted approach to my work with clients at the Canadian Flexibility and Movement Center.
I draw upon a wealth of training and experience to customize individual programs that powerfully align and mobilize the muscular, skeletal, and nervous systems.
Here’s the three-phase approach I use to bring all three system into optimal alignment:
1. Muscular System
- Soft tissue work
- Facial stretching
- Remedial exercises
- Neuromuscular connection through primal movement function and techniques
- Improved nutrient and oxygen flow to the inactive muscles
- Renewed motor function and motor units
- Lean muscle development and strengthening of soft tissues
2. Skeletal System
- Open up soft tissues, free up joint imbalances, improve mid-line postural alignment
- Strengthen muscles around the newly balanced joint with remedial exercises and flexibility techniques
- Increase bone density and mobility
3. Nervous System
- Open up soft tissues, break down adhesions, and open up neurological pathways
- Reconnect inactive pathways to the central nervous system
- Increase proprioceptive awareness and activity
