Fedele Tremmaglia: An intuitive touch rooted in research

After learning what works and what doesn’t during almost 10 years in the mainstream fitness industry, I now take a much more rounded, sustainable, and targetted approach to my work with clients at the Canadian Flexibility and Movement Center.

I draw upon a wealth of training and experience to customize individual programs that powerfully align and mobilize the muscular, skeletal, and nervous systems.

Here’s the three-phase approach I use to bring all three system into optimal alignment:

1. Muscular System

  • Soft tissue work
  • Facial stretching
  • Remedial exercises
  • Neuromuscular connection through primal movement function and techniques
  • Improved nutrient and oxygen flow to the inactive muscles
  • Renewed motor function and motor units
  • Lean muscle development and strengthening of soft tissues

2. Skeletal System

  • Open up soft tissues, free up joint imbalances, improve mid-line postural alignment
  • Strengthen muscles around the newly balanced joint with remedial exercises and flexibility techniques
  • Increase bone density and mobility

3. Nervous System

  • Open up soft tissues, break down adhesions, and open up neurological pathways
  • Reconnect inactive pathways to the central nervous system
  • Increase proprioceptive awareness and activity
